Migrating XP info to a new User profile...

Ok, so I couldn't revive my logon user name and it refuses to let me
do anything with it, and since I have XP Home it doesn't have the
advanced User Tools that I thought existed.
So, how do I start moving things over?
Especially my Outlook info.
I can access the folders under that user name now.

Also, should I consider a whole new reinstall of the XP?
I mean everything is reset anyways. It might be a good
moment to go and make a clean install. Would it be more
difficlut to restore my info if I do that?
