Minor annoyance

While playing Oblivion I notice a high pitched whine whenever I open a menu, specifically the repair and save menus. Anyone who has read my other thread will remember that the only changes to my system was the addition of a GTX280 and a PCP&C 750w psu (which are stable now with the older 178.24 drivers)

I opened the case and it appears the sound is coming from the GPU. I moved the case away from my speakers and set it on the floor but the whine persists. I can live with it as long as I know it's not a sign of something serious.
