mirc fileserver

i have to organize my mirc fileserver and currently i am ussing the rule each file goes to the folder wich has the name of the first letter in the file, that makes all files started with "!" go to the folder "!" all files started with "0" go to the folder "0" and all files started with "a" go to the folder "a". wich in the mirc.cfg looks like this:
n18=9*.jpgEXTDIRictures\9\
n19=a*.jpgEXTDIRictures\A\
n20=b*.jpgEXTDIRictures\B\
n21=c*.jpgEXTDIRictures\C\
...
but now there really too many files there... i have to get a new rule, and i was thinking that i could make folders named "aa" "ab" "ac"... and send the files started with "aa" "ac" "ab"... to that folder, that would make have to create lots of folders and also write a lot to the mirc.cfg

i am looking for a way to do that automatically first i need to make folders... is there any way to automatically create folders named "aa" "ab" "ac"... "ba" "bb" "bc"... ?
and what about the mirc.cfg i would have to make something like:
n18=a9*.jpgEXTDIRictures\a9\
n19=aa*.jpgEXTDIRictures\aA\
n20=ab*.jpgEXTDIRictures\aB\
n21=ac*.jpgEXTDIRictures\aC\
...

am i messed up or is there anyway for me to resolve this ?
