missing borlndmm.dll ???

While trying to run Start up Inspector for Windows 2.2 after downloading it from MG and installing it a message window opens up up stating:

asInspector.exe-unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because borlndmm.dllwas not found
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

After reinstalling using a different MG download location the same error message pops up and the program is unable to run.

Is this file missing from my pc or is it missing from the Start up Inspector for Windows 2.2 software? Should I try to locate this file on the internet and download it? Just a little confused. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

i had the same missing file problem,i download the file and installed.

just curious should that file have been on my win 98 comp?,it appears to be running better or is it a placebo effect
