Missing DLL file and Pop-ups

When I startup my computer, I get this error message that says,

"Error loading C:\WINDOWS\ddbcaw.dll The specified module could not be found"

I googled it to see if I can download it, but it doesn't seem to existed. However, when I googled "DDCAW.DLL" instead, I found out that it's supposibly an infection left by a Trojan Virus I got rid of the day before. After I figured that out, I've been getting disgusting pop-ups of porn and such and it's driving me crazy!

I just downloaded a free-trial of Windows Live OneCare and there's little improvement on the pop-up problems.

What can I do to resolve these problems?
