missing export to KERNEL32.DLL

    Right now I am trying to play a game they recently updated, so I had to run the patcher to update the game but here's the bad part, I can't run the patcher. Here's the situation.
    The BLITZRO PATCHER.EXE file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:SetFilePointerEx.
    Think you could give me help or a program to fix kernel32.dll?

    just forget it, got the files from a GM over the mIRC but got banned shortly for being a jerk afterwards. I found a better private server for ragnarok anyway, so its not such a big deal now
