missing files. no msconfig

HI,

I am getting several errors on startup.
mcaffe personal firewall and virus can return errors.

also widows says msmsgs.exe can not be found
wtsapi32.dll was not found, wzcsapi.dll was not found.

msconfig wont open,
ipconfig command wont run
and I cant get on the internet.

uwas6_00010n68m2301netinstaller.exe was running as a process

I'm not sure if this is a malware issue or a windows issue or a mcafee issue.
Any direction is appreciated.

system restore would not restore to any checkpoints except todays.

and windows installer wants to run no matter what I click on

 

Do you have System Restore enabled that you can use?


You have so many issues and corrupt files, that I'd be tempted to either do a Repair or format and install new.

 

I turned it off earlier today. System restore wasnt letting me restore to any points but early today.

I do have a backup so thats good. I am trying to avoid a re install or even a system recovery
