Missing Folder With Files And Subfolders On Windows 10

I have a folder with its subfolders all missing in Windows 10. I did history, they were there but, not accessible.
At first the entire folder was missing then it showed and then 1 subfolder showed up but, still no files.
I did history and it was there. I hid the folder and unhid it. I did a search for a file in c: and all subfolders and still not there.
I did find this "This version can't be previewed because it was copied to the following location, which isn't connected to this pc: \\192.168.1.49/timecapsule\" "Make sure that the location is available and then try again." When I tried to open one of the files recently used from word.
I do have a timecapsule but they are not there either. Could someone have copied them to an offsite network?
I'm not that tech savvy on the timecapsule nor networks at all.
Hidden files and folders are showing,
I checked power options
Nothing in recycle bin
I rebuilt index
I ran Hitman Pro with nothing showing

Please HELP!
It has files I need.

 

Oh and I ran a scan of c: for errors and none showed

 

not that i have any great ideas, but for clarification....
i thought time capsule was an apple product, for backing up apple macs.

thanks, time capsule is a apple product but, can be used by all types of laptops in the home. why it is amazing. Sadly, it was supposedly doing backups of my laptop but, we set up a new network and I didn't realize it was not accessible on that network.
I did a windows file recovery of docx and pdf files and it recovered a few of the files and an old version I really needed.
I never would have copied nor saved these files to time capsule other than a backup so why I am really concerned.
