Missing Icon HELP PLZZ!

    Hey guys I screwed around with my windows icons a bit and everything works,but I have one screw up..Look at "Local Disc C: on the picture I attached.
    Anyway I can fix this? any help would be apprecaited Thank you.

    Try going to view in my computer and change to thumbnails ....or tiles ...post back..

    Windows Xp professional and Im using "StyleXP",but it does not matter even If I go back to using my default Icons. Im still missing only the C: icon=(

    Have you tried a different style? Be weird if it happened with others as well.

    Thx for the help,but still no luck I tried those tweaks ..I just found out it works perfectly in Safe mode I see the icon in safemode.The problem is when I reboot its back to my first problem.

    Try doing this: look in the root of c: for autorun.ini ... if you find it, delete it and refresh my computer/explorer. a reboot may be needed, but probably not.

    Second option is to delete/unistall the drive in device manager ...reboot and let it auto detect....

    Second option did not work and there Is no autorun.INI file in C: directory=(,thx a million for the help though guess im screwed,

    You are looking for the autorun.inf file.
