missing internet explorer

my daughter braught me her laptop and say she cant get on to the internet. It seams she deleted here internet there is no icon or folder. is there a way to load i/e on a flash drive then load it to her comp. she has an acer netbook with windows 7 starter

 

Most likely, it isn't completed Deleted. Microsoft makes this nearly impossible to delete. But yes, you have two options. Try to find the iexplore.exe in the following location:

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer
I know it's in this directory if you have winxp or winvista. I can't check if it's also there for Windows 7.
