missing kstvtune.ax kswdmcap.ax ksxbar.ax

    I recently connected my Dazzle Video Creator Plus, but when I connect it, it says I'm missing the file kstvtune.ax and that Windows XP service pack 3 CD is needed but we upgraded to service pack 3, from service pack 2 and only have the service pack 2 CD, so it doesn't work. Is there any way I could get that file/way to fix the problem.

    Have you gone to device manager to see if there was a yellow mark or some kind of mark in there. Also have you tried microsoft updates to make sure there are no additional updates to sp3. also have you tried to update you direct x..
    These are just a few suggestions you can try
