missing msjihygf.dll

my computer is telling me that i am missing the file msjihygf.dll. i never had this until today when i booted up...i shutdown last night cause of storms...everything was working just fine. i make it through the computer boot up and when it starts booting windows thats when it all starts....from what i know and what files it says can't start cause of the missing dll, these are files that i see alot in the task manager under processes....when booting into windows it says somethin like winlogo.exe cannot start because of missing dll....and same goes for ANY program that tries to load at the start of windows...some programs i can get to load but that takes many many many clicks on ok for it to come up....its just non-stop error after error of the samething....any help would be great!!!!

update: i've tried goin through the whole cleaning process. CCleaner went good...maleware bytes went well...both found nothing...but when trying to use superanti spyware i can't even get the program to do a complete scan...the first time through it was goin fine then ERROR....PC got all retarded and had to shutdown and try again...now it says it completes the scan and finds nothing...but i doubt that it does seein how it only takes a matter of seconds to scan...but constantly "cannot start blah blah because msjihygf.dll cannot be located...."....and repeats one after another....i don't know what to do here...i really don't want to have to go through the pain of reinstalling XP and/or reformatting....anyone think if i can get this dll and put it where it belongs then this might solve my problem? at least to the point i can run programs and scan files???

ok...i think from now on i will do this procedure you guys have...it worked last time with your assistance to get rid of vundo and this time it got rid of whatever it was....combofix reinstalled a dll file that was corrupt i guess....so that must have been the problem....but i can't tell you how many times i had to click the mouse button during the combofix....holy crap!! might be a record!! haha....but seriously it was a lot!! anywho...i'm gonna have to keep these files around and print these pages out cause it is VERY HELPFUL and worked perfectly!!! i can't tell you enough how much i appreciate you guys doin this for me and others like myself who need help....thank you thank you thank you
