Hi, our computer was formatted and reloaded with XP, and come back with no sound. We've had the harddrive open to get the details off the sound card. We've tried everything to locate the driver, but with no luck. Really frustrating. The details off the sound card are as follows:
    Dynalink
    1455 VQH -T4
    (INT I)
    EXPO (or FIXPO) 509-B(or 13)14
Sorry, having trouble reading uncle's writing.
Any help would be much appreciated, especially if we can get it working!

Dynalink makes modems and I don't think the sound is on them. (Don't know for sure)
I could not find a Dynalink driver with that number (Dynalink 1455 VQH -T4) but I did find what may be what you are looking for. Is it possible the number is 1456 VQH -T4? If so, here is the link for that driver:

To find your sound card , goto Start>Control Panel>System>Cick Hardware tab when System Properties appears>then Device Manager button. Click the '+' sign in front of Sound, video, game controllers. From there you can try two things; right click on audio driver (if it is on screen) and update. If that doesn't work, get the full name of your audio controller and post back here.
    And Welcome to MajorGeeks.:wave
