Missing SCRRUN.DLL

    Can't come up with any Corporal

    Hi guys,
    Not sure if this goes here, but I can't get explorer to work properly. When I try to do IE repare it says I'm missing SCRRUN.DLL, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I get the same message. Running out of ideas. I'm runnig windows 98, IE6 service pack 1. If somebody can explain to me how to restor from windows backup that would be great.
