Does anyone know how to connect, or if it's even possible, two external modems on two different servers to a single line? Currently, we are switching the line back and forth between the two, but it is proving to be a hassle.

If this is a phone line, than it is not possible, because both of you would have to 'dial-in'. You could get a 2nd phone line.

I am not sure if there is a way to 'share a connection' if the connection is dial-up.

I say get Broadband. My opinion.
