    Hi,

I require a modem to fit into an HP DC7100. These are small form factor machines and have very limited space. The problem with the cards I have seen so far is the metal part which screws into the case to keep it in place - they are too long for these HP machines. Does anyone know of any that will fit?

    Thanks

    Paul

You might want to visit hpshopping.com and see what they have available for that model

There are some modems that come with a different plate for small form factor machines. Check to see if the Zoom modem still come with the plate. Also what about using an external modem, instead of a internal?

Hi. Thanks for the assitance. I've found a low profile internal modem which we will buy and use.
