My elderly mother was recently duped by scammers. They convinced her to install LMI_Rescue.exe to allow them unlimited access to her PC. When I found out, I rushed over and disconnected her modem. Then, I stopped/disabled the LMI process. Unfortunately, I don't know what malware, rootkits, viruses, etc. they may have installed before I was able to control the situation. I have meticulously followed your READ ME FIRST thread and attached the logs. Please review, and let me know if I need to take any additional steps to button up her PC. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Please remove what Hitman found. Otherwise, your logs look good.

Reboot after doing Hitman and let me know how things are.
