Hi, my computer is running Windows 7 64-bit OS. It was infected with the Moneypak virus yesterday. When I tried to boot to safe mode, the computer would not boot. I was finally able to run a windows repair, which I think restored the computer to an earlier saved restore date. I did not see windows restore run...

After this, the computer started and booted into windows normally. I checked my AV program (Windows Security Essentials) and the log showed that it had quarantined the trojan "sirefef" I was able to boot to safe mode and run CC Cleaner, Malbytes, etc. and the only items to show are in Rouge Killer. All other scans came back clean.

I then re-booted normally with no issues and ran all the scans again (logs are attached.) The computer seems to be running ok. I am able to access the internet with no problem in Chrome, Firefox and IE. The items are still appearing in Rouge Killer (them may be left over from a Zero Access infection that I had about a year ago?) Hitman Pro does not like SkiClub.exe, which is software used for timing ski races. I just want to make sure there is nothing lingering in the system that is going to come back and haunt me. I have not cleared the system restore points yet.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!
    Ed

I am not finding any malware in your logs.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. You can uninstall RogueKiller and HitManPro.
    2. Go back to step 4 of the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link
