I have an Optiquest Q19wb LCD Display VS11443. After it is turned on it goes blank. The power light is still on(green). I've done some searching on it. What I've found is that I have bad caps, but I couldn't find out excatly which ones that I need to replace. The examples that I saw showing me what to look for I didn't see anywhere on the monitor.

A cap is supposed to be flat across, are any of them even slightly raised?

There is maybe one or two that look like they may be raised, but its almost unnoticeable. Those are on the board that the monitor cable plugs into.

One of the lights does look like its bad but it still comes on. Of course until the screen goes blank.
