Monitor Loses Signal...

I am going to try to make my issue clear along with what I've troubleshooted...


My Hardware

CPU: AMD X4 FX 4100 3.6GHz
GPU: Sapphire HD 7870 2GB DDR5
RAM: 8GB DDR 3 Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz (2 ram sticks)
PSU: 600 Watt Corsair Gaming edition
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990XA
HDD: 1TB Seagate Sata 3

My Issue

This issue usually happens when in any game BUT I have seen it happen once while just browsing online. When in the game application, my monitor will lose signal... I have tried multiple monitors with different connectors (HDMI, VGA etc.)

I haven't noticed a consistent time that the issue happens.

What I THINK I've ruled out

-CPU and GPU heat doesn't seem to be a problem according to CPU-Z, GPU-Z, Speed fan,etc
-Made sure dual channel RAM (2 sticks) is in proper slots
-Took 1 stick of ram out, and vice versa...The problem still happened
-Used different monitors and connectors. The problem still happened


What should I do to resolve this. The parts have been purchased new about one month ago. Is there an issue with compatibility between my hardware or what piece of hardware is likely causing the issue and what tools should I use to verify it?

I've looked around online but I haven't found much luck.
