Hi there! I just purchased a new desktop from Dell for my business and it came with a 17 inch Analog Flat Panel Monitor (E173FP). For the longest time I used an older Dell computer which is still running on Windows 98 (my medical software runs through a DOS program. Stone Age eh?) I was trying to use one monitor, the Flat Panel, while using the two modems and hope to just switch back and forth (no DOS in the new one). The flat panel works fine with the new computer but won't work with the old computer. All it says is "video not supported". Any ideas? Do I have to upgrade my old computer with something? I don't know much about this type of stuff as you can tell. Thanks for your help! I hope this is under the correct thread.

well i'm no expert, but it does say video not supported which gives me to think that its related with your graphic card. thats all i could think of :)
