Monitor Screen Goes Blank but Processor Fan still keeps spinning! HELP PLZ

Hi Team,

Suddenly while surfing the internet my monitor screen went blank. I was running windows XP and was using Firefox then. So I restarted my computer and

switched to Windows 7 and it was working fine for 15 mins and again the screen went blank.

At first I thought that my Cabinet might be heating up so I tried to keep it open..no go.. Then I removed one of the RAM.. No go.. The screen again

went blank after sometime.

The computer is definitely not overheating. The Fans are all running perfectly at good speed. All the cables are Intact. My LED monitor is new and it

works fine.. Tried and tested on my friends computer..

Due to a power surge and pc went off and HDD got corrupted hence, I formatted the HDD (all drives)and did a clean install and still the same...

Still it goes off...
