well I disconnected my monitor cable to move it when I plugged it in again the color blue went really wrong. well it's hard to explain but the blue color is much much more bright than all the others. I've tried degauss, adjusting via the nvidia control panel color section but none fixes it :(

    what can be wrong?

My nephew had the same problem and it turned out to be a wire that was broken and not making good contact inside the cable. You can also check the pins in the plug and make sure that none of them are loose or coroded. You may also want to open the case on your tower and make sure that your video card is still properly seated.

If none of this helps post again and maybe you can get a few more suggestions.

yes I suspected it might be a broken pin, how many pins are there suppose to be? so I can check if that's what's wrong

Same # of pins on each end of the cable. Broken pins are rare, but bent ones are not.
