monitoring software

Hi,

My sister has a 12 yr old daughter. My neice is a good kid, but she recently NEARLY got into some serious trouble 'online' . Evidently, either her or one of her friends gave out my neices home phone number in a chat room. Late at night (like 10pm) my sister answered the phone and it was a man obvioulsy disguising his voice as a little girl and asking for my neice.

Long story short, my neice finally admitted to giving out her phone # in the chat room. My sister went online and found out who this guy was from the phone number on the caller ID and he turned out to be in another state hundreds of miles away..

anyway... i wanted to know if anyone knew of a good keystroke logging software or other similar monitering software that my sister can put on the computer?? My neice obviously has NO access to the computer anymore but eventually my sister would like let her back on the computer - monitored of course... any ideas?
