Monitors

hello i have the Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb Video card thats on an agp slot. I recently wanted to have 2 monitors on my pc and needed an adapter for a di cable i think its called. I hooked it all up & enabled 2 monitors in my video card controller settings. I wanted to have 2 monitors so i have half the image on 1 monitor and the other half on the other monitor but it didnt turn out how i wanted. It has the same image on both monitors instead. Im hoping i can change this to the way i want so please help me if u can. thankyou.

 

haha i figured it out & thx for ur help but i come across a problem while trying to run games. When it launches onm the primary monitor first the secondary monitor appears to start to launch the game as well and when the game accually opens the secondary monitor screen goes back to desktop and the primary opens & plays the game. The secondary monitor comes up with a popup error from the game crashing on secondary monitor and says "picture" and i dont know really how to get there and i tried the directions but either there not specific or theres more to it or i dont have that feature.I tried manually doing it by changing both monitors to 1024 by 768 and boths refreshrates are 75. I also dont have the latest version for ati. i have never updated my graphics card besides installing the cd that came with it which is version 6.14.10.6436 and was driver date is 3/23/2004. This might be the issue to im not sure.
