More advanced search for album info in Windows Media Player or other program that can

I find it really frustrating that Windows Media Player (WMP) has such a basic search box when it comes to trying to find and update album information. It's especially a pain when it comes up with the wrong album.

Is there any way to use more advanced searching? The disk has incorrectly been identified as "100 Non-stop Party Hits" and it's actually called "Party Mix" and there is not one song in common between the two albums.

My only options, at this point, are to either search for the album by name (which gives me over 500 results) or enter the details manually.

I'd like to limit the search to only those albums which contain both words, exclude words would be nice, and also tell it how many tracks the album must have. That would wipe out the majority of the first five pages of results!

If the basic search is the best we get, are there any other players that have a good search? What are any pitfalls to that program, such as adware/wants to "phone home" every time I make changes/sneaks in unnecessary processes, etc.

    Thanks.
