More flec006 problems

I reviewed the other threads about flec006 and folloqwed the info there. I ended by using avenger to delete the application data\m folder and the c:\windows\system32\drivers\down folder.

All seemed well until it suddenly popped back again an hour later. Note some important things based on other threads:

1. WinXP - you cannot kill the flec006 thread either with hijack or task manager. A message says the thread is a protected service.

2. I use Trend Micro AV, and trying to start a scann results in a quick blink of a window which then disappears.

3. I removed ad-aware and spybot but not TMAV.

4. There is no mention anywhere in the registry of flec, nor do any of the "run" entries seem to be unusual.

5. I am not sure if the .reg file you suggested merging is applicable to me or not.

6. I would have replied in the other thread, but the board does not allow me to do that.

7. Cannot boot into safe mode.

8. CCleaner will not run (just flashes like spybot or TMAV)

I am, of course, desparate.

Not to be too stupid, but I did all that. I stated cannot run ccleaner though. What is it I did not do?
