More Help Needed

    Hello-

    Thanks again for your amazing help yesterday. I thought all was well but, it doesn't seem like that is the case. Yesterday when my son switched from my name to his name in XP- his name was still infected. We have things divided into 3 names. How do I make sure all names are clean at the same time?

    Hoping that ? makes sense-

    Just run the READ & RUN ME sticky for each account. The only thing you do not need to repeat is the step 6 (the online scanners). Doing this should help you make sure each account is clean.

    Are any of the other accounts having obvious malware problems?

    Sorry for the slow response- Yes, both of the other accounts are having problems. I am pretty sure one at least is infected with CoolWWW. One of the two accounts could just be deleted - is there a way to delete an account and everything in it?

    Yes you can delete user accounts and then you may possibly need to remove some additional remaining file folders for them manually. It's you decision on how you want to proceed. If you created the accounts, you should know how to delete them. It is almost the same execpt you select the accont and delete it.

    Control Panel -> User Accounts -> select the account -> and then select Delete
