More Programs Missing

Few days ago I asked for help fixing other preinstalled XP programs. Luckily it was easily fixed by replacing the .exes. But Ive noticed other programs have grown legs and left me too. Maybe the quick fix will work for these as well.

These being....
1. ... accessories/calculator
2. ... accessories/communications/hyper terminal
(doing research on this program ive learned this program may or may not be preinstalled on XP Home. Is or isnt it?)
3. ... accessories/entertainment/volumn control

Here is the kicker... I dont have an XP disk... and add/remove asks for the disk so i cant fix things that way.
And no, its not the shortcuts missing. Trust me... I know cuz Ive checked. I downloaded a program called AccRestore all it does is reinstall shortcuts. Thats no help to me.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

One other question...

Where do I find XP's Security Center?
Isnt it suppose to be somewhere in accessories as well??

 

Security Center is in XP SP2 and above, and is located in the Control Panel.
