More Ukash Issues

Hello,

I've read through several of the Ukash threads but I'm not sure where to start.

My screen is locked on normal start up, safe mode and safe mode with networking.

I didn't think to come here first for help (just searched google), and instead followed the instructions from this website http://malwaretips.com/blogs/your-computer-has-been-locked-virus/ I could only try method 3: running hitman pro from a usb drive on start-up. This removed 2 trojans so I assumed the issue had been resolved, however on normal start-up my computer was still locked. I ran hitman pro again and have attached the log, although I'm not sure anything was found the second time.

I am running Windows Vista Basic 32 bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Yes Tim,

I managed to get Windows Defender Offline on a Usb sick and run it on start-up. I thought this thread might have slipped under the radar. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
