Motherboard doesn't let me..........

    My MSI motherboard (ms-7222) doesn't let me change the fsb nor the voltage through the BIOS. I've tried Clockgen but it doesnt support my pll, which is RTM866-522. I've also tried all the supported plls in Clockgen but most of them don't work and some of them cause my system to go crazy. The processor I'm trying to overclock is a celeron 356 3.33ghz (133x25).
    I used Clockgen to overclock my celeron laptop to 2.4 ghz (from 2ghz) with an unmatching pll but I can't make it work with the desktop.
