Motherboard model please?

Due to a problem tackled in another thread in this forum, I've given up and decided to change my motherboard.

I'm looking for something with 2 ATA connectors, at least 1 SATA connector, DDR2 533Mhz support, and Intel LGA775 533 or 800 FSB. It's a tough combination to find, and some help would be very appreciated.

 

why does it have to be ddr2 533? if your memory is 533, you can still use it on a faster board (ie: ddr2 800) but it will just run at 533

for the ata, do they need to be on separate cahnnels or can u just run it as a master/slave comb? what would u be using them for, hard drives or disc drives? basically all boards now have SATA so that should be no prob. same for 800FSB

 

It's because my cpu and ram are both 533 and I've got 3 ATA harddrives plus a DVD writer.
