MotoGP URT 3 cd

can somebody help me?
my friend bought this game (genuine) so he install in his pc
but
when he play this game, it always asking to load the cd so that he can play
what i must do to stop seeking for the cd?

of course the game asks to load the CD. all games do that. games need access to certain files which the CD contains. also its a anti-piracy measure too......
