Has anybody seen any software that will unlock a Motorola mobile phone without cables?
Seen some software called 'Mototools 6' at motounlock.co.uk that will unlock without cables.
Anybody used this software, does it work???
Sorry if posting in wrong section, new to this. Thanks in advance for any help.

    RE: Mototools 6 software

Reply to Motorola Unlocking question: I've used Mototools 6 to successfully unlock several Motorola phones. The RAZR V3, v3i, v3x, l7,l2, and l6 can all be successfully unlocked using this software.
Was a bit dubious when i saw the price, 5 quid, but it really works.
You don't need any cables or even to link the phone to your PC, you simply type in the IMEI code, hit the 'generate subsidy code' button, and type in the 8 digit code into your phone.
You then test the phone by swapping the sim card to another provider, ie. Orange to Vodafone.
Buy it now while it's cheap, because they are on about putting the price up at the end of April.
For a fiver you can't go wrong! You can get it here

I think this conversation is heading in a direction I don't like. Motorola Phone tools is licenced software therefore downloading/email the file is breaching the EULA

Majorgeeks cannot and will not help users with Piracy and/or distribution of stolen software.

As I am unsure of the legality of unlocking phones that are locked to a vertain network may I suggest you take this discussion to the motorla forums where if this IS legal they will be able to advise you.
