Ok so for a few months now my HP Pavilion Dv5 has had an issue where my mouse will move all over the screen on its own and I cant control it when I want to use it. Usually if I unplug the charger it stops and I am able to use it. If it gets too out of hand I have to shut the computer a few times then it will go away for a couple weeks. Now I am over it and want it gone. I think its effecting my usb ports bc I was attempting to root a phone for a friend and it wont install drivers properly. I have run Vista and Win 7 Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure
and I still am having the issue when charging. I am attaching the logs from running the programs for you guys to read over. thanks in advance.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

While there are a few minor things to cleanup ( and we will get to that ) the issue with you mouse is likely not due to malware. We have had many dozens of similar complaints over the years and every single time it was a hardware issue and not malare.

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Note: That JRT may reset your home page to a google default so you will need to restore your home page setting if this happens.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

Uninstall the below very old versions of software:
    Java 7 Update 7
    Java(TM) 6 Update 31

Now install the current version of Sun Java from: Sun Java Runtime Environment

Now rerun a scan with Hitman Pro and attach the new log.
