Mouse Flashes To One Spot On The Screen.

    I'm Trying to fix my Windows 10 PC The mouse keeps bouncing back to one spot. as can be seen in this video.



    This happens constantly in every program, though more so when I'm gaming. I've restarted, disabled my touch pad and used a different mouse, run multiple virus and malware scans through avast and malwarebytes, I've restored windows, and I've yelled angrily at it. None of these have worked... Help?
