Mouse glide pads

Hi all,
Im trying to find some glide pads for my mouse.
Its a Terratec Mystify razer Boomslang 2100.
Yes i know its an old mouse and it has a ball but i love it

I really need to strip it down and give it a good clean
but im hesitant to do so as i have to remove all of the glide
pads and i know i will probably ruin them in the process.
Does anyone know where i can get hold of these ?
Somewhere in the UK would be prefferable as thats where im based.
