Mouse-over?

    HP Pavillon dv9500z CTO Notebook PC, 4GB ram, Win7 Home Premium OS...
    Elementary and Very annoying, but, can't find the solution.
    I'm switched between open programs without clicking. In moving my mouse here and there, I'm involuntarily switched to the open window the mouse touches.
    I know there is a ck box somewhere. Direction would be much appreciated.

    Eureka!!! That is exactly it. I've no recall of chking that box, but it is now UNchk'd.
