Mouse pointer moved and open things by itself...

Hello,

I had my computer on, I was streaming and watching a video and was away from it but could see it as it was right in front of me. The video finished and after a short while, suddenly the mouse started to move by itself. It started to point staff and moved around in the right lower corner and started to open things.
First it pointed and opened the "show hide icons" moved around it and the went to the time area and open the window with my clocks and stared to point to the date ... by this time I came closer to my computer and moved the mouse away and closed the windows. I have no idea of what is going on? right before this happened the screen was kind of blinking on and off....
So what is going on? Help anyone, please?

I have an ASUS laptop, Win7 Home Premium, 64Bit
AVG free edition, SuperAntiSpyware,Malwarebytes Anty-Malware, Spybot search & destroy, Spyblaster ( I do the updating every week or so)

So, that is why it was moving on its own...? First time this ever happened or that I actually noticed when it was happening....
