Logitech MX-700 cordless mouse. Have had it for 3 years. I had downloaded a long time ago, the logiGamer and logigamer-lite programs to be able to change the button assignments. Recently I have had a problem with the logigamer lite program not shutting down when I shut computer down and I have to manually shut it down to get computer to turn off.

I tried uninstalling both programs, logitech site not much help. Downloaded "setpoint 2.60" and ubermouse installers programs from site. When I click on the setpoint to start up, it doesn't seem to recognize my mouse???

What up? Love the mouse, but would like to be able to reprogram buttons without having to go buy a new mouse.

Anyone got a suggestion for a substitute program or better idea?

    Thanks for help.
