Move OE mail to Gmail ?

I have hundreds of email in my Outlook Express (XP pro). I am switching to GMail. Does any one know a good method to move all the emails in outlook express to GMail, instead of forward each one by hand?

I seen your post and if you look at step 1 it states about outlook express in brackets aswell as Microsoft outlook.
