movie downloads

    Im new to major geeks and wondered if anyone can help me with a movie download problem.

    I have downloaded a movie but during playback on win media player 9 and Real 1 i get no picture or sound .This does not normally happen when i download films from Kazaa lite .

    (ps). If i am in the wrong forum please could you redirect me to the right forum.

    Unfortunately we do not provide help with items downloaded from Kazaa as it is most likely an illegal copy.

    You're welcome to stick around but I'm afraid no one is going to answer this question.
