Movies - Been To Any Shows Lately?

While I can comfortably watch movies at home, with all this COVID business I missed the big screen. With relaxed restrictions in my area, things are opening up, including the cinemas. So, yesterday was an instance I decided to go to our local movie theatre - and always attracted to movies with animals (yeah, I'm one of those), I decided on "Penguin Bloom" - more so for session time than content - but knew I'd probably like it...which I did.

It certainly satisfied "the kid" in me, more so, being filmed at two of my favourite beaches northside (Avalon and Palm Beach).

There is a walk to the lighthouse at Palm Beach that I particularly enjoy - along the way and upon reaching the top, there are sweeping views along the northern coastline as far as our Central Coast!

Just spectacular...and I smiled as I looked around the movie theatre to see around 85% attending were adults (majority without children)...guess I'm not the only one around enjoying that type of movie
