Mozilla crash spoils my work

    Sometimes when I am busy in working with Internet using the Mozilla Firefox browser, it get crashed and I am also unable to restart the same session. This make me very tensed and serious on doing some important work. Did anyone can help me why this problem happened to me in Mozilla Firefox browser.

    which version of firefox are you using, and what type of operating system do you have? Do you have any error messages that appear when fire fox crashes on you?

    whats the last thing you do when firefox crashes and what programs do you have running when it does crash?
