Mozilla Firefox tab

    When I open a link selecting Open in new tab, my old computer would do so and go right to the new tab. I cannot find the option in tools/options for that on my new computer. When I select Open in New Tab, in opens in new tab, but stays on the current page. I have to go over to the new tab manually. Any help appreciated.

    I believe what you want is located in Tools, click on Otptions, click on Tab, and make sure that "Select new tabs opened from links" is checked. Let us know if that does not work.

    as well as the option above also click the "force links that open new windows to open in" option and choose "a new tab"
