    jarcher I can't handle a title

    My FF keeps crashing. . .
    constantly due to a ntdll.dll error

    I dunno. .really I dont. . all I know is that I updated FF one day and then. .
    all of this. .

    the error codes are (apparently):
    TB20414019Y, TB20316046E, TB20274945K, TB19736181Z, TB19688511Q, TB19489903Q


    well. .I saved a log
    and I am attatching it. .
    if anyone can tell me what to do in order to fix the damn thing I would sure appriciate it. . alot. . and thank you

    is there anyway I can save my bookmarks
    prior to the uninstall?

    export to a folder you create on the desktop ....:)

    Go to Bookmarks click on manage bookmarks when the menu pops open go to file hit export and select where you want to save it.

    Isn't ntdll.dll a system component?

    Maybe a sfc /scannow would help. What OS are you running, and do you have your installation CDs?

    xp home. . and no disk

    Those aren't error codes, they're Talkback IDs. You can see the report that Talkback generated for a crash by entering its ID in the Fastfind box on this page: http://talkback-public.mozilla.org/search/start.jsp

    now. .


    how do I fix it. .

    I have searched all the id's
    and all I found where a list of bugs. .

    I ran thu alot of the bugs
    with now results

    hmm. .

    I am completley lost

    again. . forgive me

    At least it's not crashing really often, according to those Talkback entries.:) I also noticed that you're always on the same site when this happens, might be something you're encountering there, like some bad JavaScript. You could try disabling JavaScript in Tools > Options > Content. Also could be extension issues, see if it still happens in Firefox Safe Mode - there should be a shortcut to start the browser in Safe Mode in the Program Menu. That disables extensions and installed themes, so if it doesn't crash in Safe Mode, figure it's an extension problem (never heard of a theme causing crashes).
