Mp3 compression to make more space?

    Hi there I have a 30 gig ipod....chalk full literally 9 KB free on this thing. Anyway most of my mp3's are at 192kbps or higher. I need a piece of software to drop them to 128 or so but can't find anything I like. Anyone have any suggestions? Freeware preffered but if it is cheap enough I can deal.
