This one is free, fast and small. Be careful on the install. It wants you to download their other products. I am not sure if you want or need them all so just a warning.

Tons of great convert m4p apps out there. Try googling "convert m4p" or "convert m4p freeware"

Those are DRM protected files from the iTunes store. Converting them would require breaking the Fairplay DRM and there is no practical way to do that currently. Burn them to an audio CD with iTunes and reimport them as MP3s or unprotected AAC files. It's the best you'll get.
