MP4 to MP3 conversion

Whats the best way to convert from my (ipod) MP4 files to an MP3 format for my cell phone?

There's a great freeware program called Switch that converts all major audio file formats to another. It's simple to use and allows drag and drop. I've successfully converted MP4's to MP3's.

Check out CNet's downloads and do a search for 'convert mp4' or something similar. I have seen many apps (some free) listed that will do exactly what you need.... check these two links....
