Mpeg 4 audio file to mp3

I need some software to convert my Mpeg 4 audio files from itunes to a Mp3 file so that I can use them on something besides an ipod.

 

This will do it - great little free app I have used many times. Second link on page is Windows download.

It says the page is unavalible for the windows one. Is there another location to download it.
